The Presidential Communication Center (CIMER) is a public relations application implemented using information and communication technologies.

Any request, complaint, report, opinion, or suggestion within the scope of the Law No. 3071 on the Use of the Right to Petition can be submitted through CIMER using all communication options.

You can reach CIMER in person, by phone, online, fax, or mail.

To apply to CIMER by phone, dial 150 from anywhere in Turkey. To apply online, click the Apply button on www.cimer.gov.tr.

Applications sent through the CIMER system are processed in accordance with the Law No. 4982 on the Right to Information, Law No. 3071 on the Use of the Right to Petition, and Presidential Communication Center Regulation No. 5690.
